Shipping & returns

Shipping Policies:

1. Pick up in Store - must be willing to pick up in the Largo store within 5 business days. If unable in that timeframe, please call the store.
2. Standard Shipping - We have standard shipping rates based on the weight of the cart ranging from $6 - $15.
3. Free Shipping - the store offers free shipping on all orders over $150

Return Policies:

• The store does allow returns of full, unused skeins. Please call the store to coordinate a return and discuss options for refund/replace/store credit.
