Shipping and Return Policies

You must be willing to pick up in the Largo store within 5 business days. If unable in that timeframe, please call the store.

We use USPS Priority Shipping for all of our orders. The shipping costs are calculated based on this service and the weight of the items purchased. Tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments.

We are happy to be able to provide FREE shipping on all orders over $150

The store does allow returns of full, unused skeins. Please call the store to coordinate a return and discuss options for refund/replace/store credit.
